HYROX
A combination of running and 8 demanding training stations. Test your fitness and strength under the guidance of trained coaches. Preparation for HYROX competitions.
Group Classes
Diverse group classes for all levels. From dynamic Recross and Kettlebell to Olympic Weightlifting and Recross Competitor for serious athletes.
Physiotherapy
Comprehensive physiotherapy care. Diagnostics, injury rehabilitation, sports massage and manual therapy by certified physiotherapists.
OCR Training
Training to prepare for extreme obstacle races. OCR Ninja motor preparation, OCR Intro for beginners, and advanced Ninja classes.
Sauna & Recovery
After an intense workout it's time to rest and recover! As our club member you have full access to the Relaxation Zone, where you'll find everything you need to regenerate body and mind. In our garden a sauna awaits you along with a year-round pool — refreshing in summer and a paradise for cold-water swimmers in winter.
