Personal Trainer & Running Coach
Certified personal trainer and running coach specialising in combining strength training with endurance preparation. He supports athletes competing in runs and Hyrox events as well as those seeking to improve their physique, fitness and general condition. He focuses on movement quality, running technique, building base strength and injury prevention. He combines hands-on experience with a degree in physical education from the University of Łódź.

Filip Pawłowski
Personal Trainer
Long-connected to sport as a former powerlifting competitor and a current bodybuilding debutant. He channels his passion into working with people who want to improve their physique. He tailors every session individually to each client's needs and goals, and continuously follows new training methods and the research behind them.
Michał Krenc
Personal Trainer
Personal trainer with international REP's certification and a physiotherapy student. He helps clients not only build a strong, capable body but also feel better every day. His holistic approach combines strength training, motor preparation and elements of rehabilitation. Every training plan is built around each individual's specific needs and goals.

Oleksandr Hembalia
Group Class Instructor
Sasza has been involved with Judo since the age of ten. His attention to the synergy between training and nutrition allows his clients to achieve outstanding results. His guiding principle in every session is 'Health and wellbeing first'. He also runs RECROSS classes at Revolve.

Gracja Mecwaldowska
Group Class Instructor
Sporting competition has been close to her heart since childhood. Today she is an active CrossFit competitor with international appearances. Before CrossFit took over, she competed in obstacle races. She is able to ignite a relentless drive and joy in her clients as they pursue their sporting goals.

Anton Maimur
Group Class Instructor
Fully committed to what he does — sport is not just his passion but his whole life. During training he pays attention to the smallest details, which guarantees his clients results in the shortest possible time. Anton's passions are basketball and kettlebells, and he also coaches classes in both.

Karolina Mrowińska
Personal Trainer & Group Classes
Personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over ten years of experience. The gym has always been her second home. She specialises in functional training, CrossFit and Hyrox. Kettlebells, barbells and gymnastics hold no secrets for her. A current Hyrox competitor who loves sharing her passion with others.

Certified personal trainer whose greatest passion is helping people become better versions of themselves. His holistic approach combines strength, body composition, endurance, mobility and explosive power. With a background in sports pedagogy at the University of Łódź, Michał constantly expands his knowledge. His primary goal is the satisfaction and wellbeing of his clients.

Tomasz Prykowski
OCR Trainer & Athletic Preparation Coach
OCR trainer and motor preparation specialist. His training method rests on three pillars: motor preparation, running training and obstacle training. Multiple Polish Championship medallist in OCR400 and European Champion in the 4×100m OCR400 relay.

Medical Trainer & Athletic Preparation Coach
Medical trainer, athletic preparation coach and massage therapist. Graduate of Physical Education, Dietetics and Sports Physiotherapy. Certified in spine training, cardiological and orthopaedic prevention and sports nutrition. Former professional track-and-field athlete.

Physiotherapist & Athletic Preparation Coach
Physiotherapist and motor preparation trainer, graduate of the Medical University of Łódź. Certified in Orthopaedic Medicine (Cyriax), German manual therapy school, sports medicine and fascial therapy. Highly regarded for his professional approach and extensive knowledge.

Personal trainer, athletic preparation coach and nutritional advisor — a specialist in healthy lifestyle. For 10 years he has been helping clients raise their quality of life through movement and healthy habits. Physical preparation trainer for the Polish Women's Beach Volleyball National Team and author of 50+ blog articles and podcasts.
